How quickly will I receive a quote?

We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days. Complex custom itineraries may take up to 48 hours for a detailed proposal.

Is the itinerary consultation free?

Yes — all initial consultations and quotes are completely free with no obligation to book.

Do you arrange group and private trips?

Absolutely. We run scheduled group departures and fully custom private trips for families, couples, and corporate groups.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and PayPal. A deposit secures your booking; the balance is due before departure.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 30+ days before departure receive a full refund minus processing fees.

What fitness level do I need for trekking?

It depends on the trek. Easy cultural walks require moderate fitness; classic treks like Everest Base Camp need good cardiovascular health.

What is included in a typical package?

Most packages include accommodation, meals on trek, licensed guides and porters, permits, airport transfers, and domestic flights where listed.

When is the best time to visit Nepal?

Spring (March–May) and autumn (September–November) offer the clearest mountain views and most comfortable trekking conditions.

Can you customise an existing itinerary?

Yes. Every package on our site can be adjusted — extra rest days, different routes, upgraded lodges, or combined activities.

Do I need travel insurance?

Yes — comprehensive travel insurance with helicopter evacuation coverage is mandatory for all trekking and climbing trips.

Are permits arranged for me?

We handle all required trekking permits (TIMS, national park entry, restricted-area permits) as part of your package.

What about altitude sickness?

Our guides are trained to recognise symptoms and manage acclimatisation. Itineraries include built-in rest days at higher elevations.

Do you offer airport pickup in Kathmandu?

Yes — airport transfers are included in most packages. Our representative will meet you at Tribhuvan International Airport.
